(1) A person who has been sent to be detained or imprisoned according to prevailing Nepalese law should be apprehended by the prison office and kept in detention or imprisonment according to prevailing Nepalese law.

(2) Prevailing Nepalese law If a person has been sent to be detained or imprisoned without complying with the prescribed procedure, the prison office should understand and send him in writing to the relevant authority to open up the matters that have not been completed.
